Your Itinerary
On arrival at Calicut (Kozhikode) Airport or the railway station, our driver will receive you. From there, you will begin a beautiful 3-hour drive toward Wayanad, crossing Lakkidi View Point and Thamarassery Churam (ghat passes).
By afternoon, arrive in Wayanad and check in to your treehouse resort. In the evening, enjoy boating at Pookode Lake or take a nature walk around the resort. End the day with dinner by a bonfire.
After a hot breakfast, spend the day exploring Wayanad. First, head to Edakkal Caves, where you can see thousands-of-years-old carvings on rock surfaces (this involves a short uphill trek).
After that, visit Soochipara Waterfalls (Sentinel Rock Waterfalls), where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in cool water. Return to the resort in the evening and relax. (If you have selected the add-on, you can also do the Muthanga Wildlife Safari today.)
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the resort. On the way back, visit Banasura Sagar Dam (India's largest earth dam), where speed boating is a great experience.
By afternoon, drive back toward Calicut. Our driver will drop you at Calicut Airport or Railway Station according to your flight or train timing.
